We were in the UPS store today mailing something. I signed the card and Connor wanted to "sign" his name. We were holding the pen together and I said to him, "Do you know how to spell your name? C..." and he totally finished it all on his own..."O...N...N...O...R" I was so proud I almost burst into tears right there in the UPS store!!
Of course when I tried to get him to do it a million other times after we got home, he said things like "C..O...Bam!!" and "C..O..Poop!!" and "C..O..PeePee Head!!" For some reason these new spellings didn't give me quite the proud mommy feeling the first one did.

In his mind, he had already spelled it. Now he was going in for the laugh. That's what I love about him!
